Residence Life - Atlanta
The on-campus University Apartments house students in one, two and four bedroom units. The units contain a kitchen and living area separated by a counter-top bar. The two-bedroom and four-bedroom units have two bathrooms and locks on each bedroom door to provide privacy and security.

List of standard furnishings are as follows (select blue heading below to see pictures):
Bedroom: Bed (Single, 80" long), Drawer Chest, Desk and Desk Chair.
Living Room: Arm Chair, End Table, "Cube" Shelf, Coffee Table and Sofa.
Kitchen: Refrigerator w/ icemaker, oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, counter top bar.
Bathroom: Shower/tub combination or shower only in handicapped designated room.
Computer ports w/ Internet access, electricity, water and expanded basic cable.
A laundry room is located on the ground floor of each building and may be used with the Bear Card. (The Bear Card is the official debit card of Mercer University). Washers can ONLY accept LIQUID detergent.
NO SMOKING is allowed in the apartment, bedroom or in the building.
NO PETS allowed other than fish (up to 20-gallon aquarium.
The University permits Service/Therapy Animals
i. Must be
approved by ACCESS and Accommodations prior to move-in
ii. Resident will be responsible for all charges that may occur as a result
of the animal residing in the University Apartments
As per University policies and local, state and federal laws: weapons, explosives, firearms, alcohol and drugs of any kind are PROHIBITED.
Only Mercer University students (including non-affiliated spouses), faculty and staff are eligible to live in the apartments.

CURRENT MERCER MACON STUDENTS: If you have not fully matriculated from Macon and/or do not have a “Ready to Register” status with Atlanta, PLEASE E-MAIL RESIDENCE LIFE, your name, MUID, DOB and program of study. Once you have been updated in the system you will receive notification to start the contracting process. Use the “Atlanta Housing” tab when contracting for the Atlanta campus.
