houses 184 students on campus.
Within three buildings you can choose from single, double or four-bedroom accommodations. Prices listed below are all inclusive (furnished and all utilities) and are very competitive with the local market.

RATES
ARE BILLED PER SEMESTER, FOR ALTERNATIVE BILLING CONTACT THE
BURSAR.
The units contain a kitchen and living area separated by a counter-top bar. The two-bedroom and four-bedroom units have two bathrooms and locks on each bedroom door to provide privacy and security.
List of standard furnishings are as follows:
Bedroom: Bed (Single, 80" long), Drawer Chest, Desk and Desk Chair.
Living Room: Arm Chair, End Table, "Cube" Shelf, Coffee Table and
Sofa.
Kitchen: Refrigerator w/ icemaker, oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, disposal,
counter top bar.
Bathroom: Shower/tub combination or shower only in handicapped designated room.

Utilities:
Local telephone service,
computer ports w/ internet access, electricity and expanded basic cable. A
laundry room is located on the ground floor of each building and may be used
with the Bear Card. (The Bear Card is the official debit card of Mercer
University).
NO SMOKING is
allowed in the apartment or in the building.
NO PETS allowed
other than fish (up to 20-gallon aquarium).
As per University
policies and local, state and federal laws: weapons, explosives, firearms,
alcohol and drugs of any kind are PROHIBITED.
Only Mercer University
students (including non-affiliated spouses),faculty and staff are eligible to
live in the apartments. Students are strongly encouraged to select their own
roommates and list the names on the application. Priority will be given to complete
groups of 2 or 4 people.
Note: You may only apply for University
Housing after receiving your Mercer University Identification Number
(MUID).
Applications cannot be processed without
a MUID.
