Residence Life - Atlanta



The on-campus University Apartments house students in one, two and four bedroom units. The units contain a kitchen and living area separated by a counter-top bar. The two-bedroom and four-bedroom units have two bathrooms and locks on each bedroom door to provide privacy and security.  Only Mercer University students (including non-affiliated spouses), faculty and staff are eligible to live in the apartments.

How to Contract for Housing

You can access Residence Life Contracts through MyMercer

  • Log in to MyMercer

  • Go to Atlanta Housing

  • Select Appropriate campus

  • Scroll to Contracts and select appropriate contract (Spring  2017 now available)


  • Computer ports w/ Internet access, electricity, water and expanded basic cable.

  • The Laundry room is located on the ground floor in building 2900 and 2904; second floor in building 2902.  Machines currently operate using the BearCard system and are free to residents; only liquid detergent can be used in the machines.

NO SMOKING is allowed in the apartment, bedroom or in the building. NO PETS allowed other than fish (up to 20-gallon aquarium).
The University permits Service/Therapy Animals
  • Must be approved by ACCESS and Accommodations prior to move-in (ACCESS & Accommodations)
  • Resident will be responsible for all charges that may occur as a result of the animal residing in the University Apartments
